Getting a chance to interview a Roxspin Girl was pretty slim because of my aggressiveness. Knowing me, I could easily cause controversy and flip the script into something ugly. Feedback on my previous article about the "Whereabouts of Uncle Boy's Mullet" says it all. Promising to be nice and to stop my continuous whining, I finally got my break. Not much effort on my end to change. This chick is afraid of nothing and that includes me.

Roxspin Where are you originally from?
Alisa Houston, TX

Roxspin Do you miss Texas?
Alisa Sometimes I miss Southern people. I miss Houston, it's a big city. Very metropolitan. Values is different and family is very important there. As right here in California, it's about what kind of car you drive.

Roxspin What got you interested in modeling?
Alisa Someone came up to me once when I was younger. Vacationing in San
Diego actually. It was in La Jolla and there was this tourist attraction right along the beach and there was this cave. Feature right out of the building. Someone came up to me a photographer from Wilhelmina and asked if I would be interested in modeling. Since I loved to travel, I thought it would be great to this all the time.

Roxspin Going to school?
Alisa Sierra College pursuing Political Science or Linguistics. Eventually I would want to learn several languages.

Roxspin Why the choice of discipline?
Alisa I would rather work towards peace. Diplomacy rather than working with criminals on a daily basis.

Roxspin You speak any other languages?
Alisa French

Roxspin 10 years from now, you would be?
Alisa On the beach South of France drinking a Cosmopolitan. (Laughs) Really, I hope to get my master's degree and have my own home but living in a different country.

Roxspin Why another country?
Alisa I want to live somewhere beautiful and exotic. With an older culture and history.

Roxspin Sounds nice. What type of modeling do you do?
Alisa Print, runway, high fashion, commercial, and editorial.

Roxspin And your favorite is?
Alisa Runway, I like the crowd and working with lots of other models and
a chance to express yourself on the runway.

Roxspin You are one busy chick hitting the books and modeling. I'm curious what do you do when you have spare time on your hands.
Alisa I go to night clubs, hookah lounges, study, and party, I guess. Weekend traveling to nearby cities spontaneously.

Roxspin Hookah? That's what I'm talking about. (Grin) What do you look for in a guy?
Alisa Intelligence, goals, integrity, dark hair, the life of the party, confidence, enigmatic, pride and loyalty.

Roxspin Share a tip for the guys out there. Describe the perfect date.
Alisa We would go to a fabulous poshy night club and drink champagne all
night long. Have a bite to eat over at a French restaurant. Camp out by the beach till the sun comes up.

Roxspin Gentlemen or bad boys?
Alisa I like both. I like someone rough on the edges but able to open
doors and have manners.

Roxspin What do you think women want from a man?
Alisa To be lathered with attention and to be worshiped. I don't like material gifts; it just makes me think the guy is trying to make up
for something he lacks in his personality.

Roxspin You must come across some characters. Tell me a funny experience you had.
Alisa On the fourth of July we were lost out on a raft for hours on the river. When we got back, my friend Emily and I carried the raft up and a man came up to us and he said, "You are too saucy looking and way to beautiful to be wasting your time on a raft all day." He smelled horrible like cheap beer.

Alisa Dark liquor like Brandy or Cognac.

Alisa Everything from law and business, psychology, and Astrology.

Alisa I'm a proud Scorpio.

Alisa Italian, Chinese and Arabic.

Alisa Everything from Drum and Bass, House to Nirvana, Tupac and Madonna.

Roxspin That rhymed! What kind of music brings the freak out of you? Rap and Hip-Hop I suppose. (Laughs)

Roxspin What is the one thing you can't live without?
Alisa My cell phone and my books.

Roxspin Biggest fear?
Alisa I'm not scared of anything. (Laughs)

Roxspin Does money make the world go round?
Alisa Money doesn't sleep, and money doesn't die. Something should be more valuable than money.
